- Source and purchase mobile phones from local and international suppliers
- Handle purchasing from auctions, bidding platforms, wholesalers, traders, and distributors
- Check phone grades, conditions, specifications, and market value
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and bulk purchase deals
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Track market pricing and buying opportunities
- Maintain purchase records and reports
- Coordinate with internal team for stock requirements and availability
Requirements
- Strong experience in mobile phone purchasing
- Expert knowledge of phone grades, conditions, and market prices
- Experience with live auctions, bidding, and purchasing platforms
- Strong negotiation and sourcing skills
- Good understanding of iPhone models and market demand
- Ability to identify device condition and buying value
- DAFZA experience is a major advantage
- UAE mobile market experience preferred
- Good communication and follow up skills

Overview
- Mobi King Phones FZCO is looking for an experienced Mobile Phone Purchaser / Buyer to join our team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate must have strong experience in purchasing mobile phones, especially iPhones, with good knowledge of phone grades, conditions, market prices, live auctions, bidding platforms, and supplier sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase mobile phones from local and international suppliers
- Handle purchasing from auctions, bidding platforms, wholesalers, traders, and distributors
- Check phone grades, conditions, specifications, and market value
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and bulk purchase deals
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Track market pricing and buying opportunities
- Maintain purchase records and reports
- Coordinate with the internal team for stock requirements and availability
Requirements
- Strong experience in mobile phone purchasing
