Job Summary
- The ELV Project Engineer oversees the execution of ELV projects from design review through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Project Management
- Manage ELV project execution according to approved plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
- Coordinate site activities with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and deadlines.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical updates.
Technical Responsibilities
- Review ELV drawings, specifications, and design documents.
- Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Supervise installation of ELV systems.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.

- Develop testing and commissioning plans.

- Prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation.
- Train end users and facility management teams.
Documentation
- Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Maintain project records and as built drawings.
- Submit progress reports and technical documentation.
- Coordinate O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals preparation.
Requirements
- Immediate joining with noc required
- Qatar Driving License prefered
- Salary Range Between : QAR 8000 to QAR 10000
