Role Overview
The MIS & Reporting Manager leads management information and business reporting across business units and subsidiaries.
The role supports strategic and operational decision-making through consolidated data, KPI dashboards, analytics, and Board reporting.
Reporting and Analytics
- Manage the group-wide MIS and financial reporting framework.
- Prepare daily through annual management information packs and executive performance reports.
- Consolidate financial, operational, and development data into group-level models.
- Develop and automate KPI dashboards using Power BI, ERP, and advanced Excel.
- Analyze budgets versus actuals, variances, trends, financial risks, and growth opportunities.
Systems and Governance
- Automate reporting workflows and data pipelines across SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and BI platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and compliance with governance requirements.
- Coordinate data collection, validation, and system integration across Finance, Operations, HR, Sales, IT, and Projects.
- Maintain reporting calendars and submit management, project, and Board reporting packages on time.
