Overview
- Oversee and maintain the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS) infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Develop and implement data management strategies, including data collection, storage, and retrieval processes to support business needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MIS-related issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze data requirements, translating them into actionable system improvements.
• Reporting & Analysis
- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Maintain dashboards and automated reports
- Support ERP system data extraction and reporting
- Coordinate with departments (sales, inventory, finance, purchasing) for data collection
- Assist management with data-driven decision-making
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis when required
- Cross-check and validate data before reporting
- Identify discrepancies and follow up for corrections
- Ensure timely updates of reports
