Position Overview
Finning Canada is hiring one permanent Mining Technology Project Manager.
Lead complex business initiatives that improve operational performance and drive sustainable change across the mining business.
Manage high-impact projects from concept through implementation with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Lead strategic and operational projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement and measure results against business objectives.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular leadership updates.
- Support organizational change management and sustainment of improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, operations management, or a related field.
