About the Role
EDITION is seeking a Mini Bar Refreshment Center Attendant Lead to provide direction to the team of attendants, ensure positive guest experiences with in-room refreshment centers, and assist with opening/closing duties.

- Provide direction to the team of Mini Bar/Refreshment Center Attendants
- Assist with opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and cleaning
- Inventory refreshment center, in room accessories, and promotional materials
- Record sales using computer system and restock bars as instructed
- Assign guest rooms to attendants and relay notes to management
- Place orders for products with suppliers in emergencies
- Serve as a departmental role model or mentor
- Ensure staff works together as a team for optimum guest service
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds

Position Summary
- Provide direction to the team of Mini Bar/Refreshment Center Attendants.
- Assist with opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
- Facilitate positive guest experience with the in room refreshment center.
Responsibilities
- Inventory refreshment center, in room accessories and promotional materials and replace if required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of each refreshment center.
- Record sales using the computer system and restock bars as instructed.
- Maintain awareness of product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels.
- Use computer and software programs to assign guest rooms to attendants and follow up.
- Prepare a listing of rooms to inventory each day, prepare a restocking cart.
- Place orders for products with suppliers in emergencies.
- Respond to requests from guests and assign to the proper attendant.
- Communicate issues regarding refreshment center operation with hotel management.
- Serve as a departmental role model or mentor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None.
