Requirements
- No high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No related work experience required
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods

Position Summary
- Respond promptly to guest needs and communicate with appropriate staff
- Fill service cart with supplies and transport to assigned area
- Enter guest rooms following procedures and replace guest supplies
- Remove trash and room service items
- Check appliances in room and straighten desk items
- Assess room cleanliness and notify Housekeeping if needed
- Provide lifestyle services upon request including packing, ironing, shoe polishing, food and drink deliveries, workout setups
Preferred Qualifications
- No high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
