Responsibilities
- Provide direction to the team of Mini Bar/Refreshment Center Attendants
- Assist with opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and cleaning
- Inventory refreshment center, in room accessories, and promotional materials
- Record sales using computer system and restock bars as instructed
- Assign guest rooms to attendants and relay notes to management
- Place orders for products with suppliers in emergencies
- Serve as a departmental role model or mentor
- Ensure staff works together as a team for optimum guest service
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds

Resumen del Puesto
- Ofrece asistencia al equipo de asistentes de mini bar/centro de refrescos.
- Ayuda con las tareas de apertura y cierre, incluyendo preparar suministros y utensilios, limpiar equipo y áreas, cerrar puertas, etc.
- Facilita una experiencia positiva para el huésped con el centro de refrescos en la habitación.
Responsabilidades
- Hace inventario del centro de refrescos, accesorios del cuarto y materiales de promoción y los reemplaza según sea necesario.
- Mantiene limpios y ordenados los centros de refrescos.
- Registra las ventas utilizando el sistema de computadoras y reabastece los bares según se le indique.
- Conoce la disponibilidad de productos, fechas de vencimiento y niveles de inventario.
- Usa computadoras y programas de software para asignar habitaciones de huéspedes a los asistentes.
- Prepara una lista de habitaciones para inventario cada día, prepara un carrito de reabastecimiento.
- Pone pedidos de productos con proveedores en caso de emergencia.
- Responde a las solicitudes de huéspedes y las asigna al asistente apropiado.
- Comunica problemas sobre la operación del centro de refrescos a gerencia.
- Sirve como modelo a seguir o mentor trabajando junto con los empleados.
Aptitudes Deseables
- Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de GED.
- Experiencia laboral afín: Al menos 2 años de experiencia laboral afín.
- Experiencia como supervisor: No se requiere.
- Licencia o certificación: Ninguna.
