Minibar Attendant

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Stock and replenish private-bar items and accurately relay guest charges to Front Office.
• Maintain accurate par levels for food, beverages, and non-food items on carts and in storage areas.
• Clean and maintain in-room private bars and report damaged or malfunctioning units.
• Check item quality and expiration dates and replace items according to established procedures.
• Comply with work rules and standards of conduct.
• Work professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist with room-service tray removal and in-room amenity delivery.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of MICROS is preferred.
• One to two years of food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of food, wines, and spirits.
• Ability to count and record accurately.
• A college or university degree would be advantageous.
