Role Overview
The partner company is seeking a Middle to Senior Python Developer based in the United Arab Emirates.
Build and evolve high-performance backend systems in a fast-paced iGaming technology environment.
The role combines hands-on development, architectural decisions, and production reliability ownership.
Accountabilities
- Make architectural and technical decisions for backend products and services.
- Design, develop, implement, and test reliable solutions using Python and Django.
- Build product features and integrations with payment methods and external data providers.
- Develop automated communication systems and risk management capabilities.
- Monitor production systems for stable and reliable operation.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations.
- Own assigned tasks through completion and delivery.
- Break complex requirements into manageable technical tasks.
Core Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial software development experience.
- Strong professional knowledge of Python 3.x and Django.
- Experience with complex, highly loaded, and scalable systems.
