The Middle East Credit Control Junior Specialist sits within the Credit Control Team in Commercial Finance.

The role acts as a business partner to the Middle East business and focuses on accounts receivable, invoice tracking, and management.

The role is temporary for a nine-month maternity cover.

Support Accounts in tracking and collecting payments, including uploading invoices in Etimad and tracking payments.
Manage client relationships, escalate matters to management, and prepare for MDP meetings.
Provide input to the monthly cash forecast and highlight gaps to manage cash flow.
Own Wrike updates and ensure usage across the Credit Control Team.
Allocate payments for accounts under management.
Respond to accounts receivable queries, including statements of account and other documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal and external deadlines.

University degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification through relevant experience.
Relevant practical experience ranging from an internship to two years of professional experience.
Strong written and spoken English and Arabic, with the ability to work mainly in English.
Working knowledge of Saudi tax laws, VAT, and e-invoicing.
Experience working in a virtual team.
Experience with Oracle, Business Objects, and other accounting and analysis tools.
Collaborative relationship-management approach and ability to identify improvements.
