- Identify and research potential customers that match the company's target profile
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Support cold calling activities and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using predefined criteria before passing to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep prospect information up to date
- Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach
- Use AI tools and sales platforms to improve prospect research and personalize communication
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams by sharing feedback from customer conversations and market trends
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, customer success, or similar role; recent graduates with relevant internships also considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable communicating via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) is an advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and willingness to learn modern sales technologies
- Self motivated, organized, and eager to develop a career in B2B sales
- English B2 level
- Experience in fintech

Role Overview
- As a Business Development Manager (Junior/Middle), you will drive growth and expand our client's reach in a rapidly evolving market.
