- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for automation issues
- Restart, re run, and manage failed workflows and bot executions
- Maintain stability and availability of automation processes
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve support tickets
- Implement minor enhancements and changes to existing Power Automate workflows
- Maintain documentation for automations, processes, and support runbooks
- Support deployment of new flows and updates in production environments
- Ensure adherence to SLA and operational best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in support or operations using Microsoft Power Automate
- Hands on experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) and Power Automate Cloud Flows
- Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts
- Experience in troubleshooting automation failures and debugging flows
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Good understanding of APIs, connectors, and integrations
- Experience with incident management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Familiarity with Windows environments and task automation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle production support under pressure
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Attention to detail and process discipline

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Microsoft Power Automate RPA Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience in supporting and maintaining automation workflows using Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows).
- The role involves ensuring smooth operation of RPA solutions in production, handling incidents, monitoring bot executions, and implementing minor enhancements to existing automations.
