Minimum Requirements

• Education: Master in Education, nursing and medical science, public health, or a related field.
• Work experience: Minimum of one years of professional experience in delivering MHM related programme in community or school in FSM.
• Language requirements: Proficiency in English is required
• Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:
• + Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement and partnership building with government agencies, community leaders, international donors, and non-governmental organizations.
• + Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, present data effectively, and articulate project needs and outcomes to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• + Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• + Cultural Sensitivity: High degree of cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
• Experience working in cross-cultural international settings is crucial.
• + Teamwork: proven team player with ability to work with limited/remote supervision in a multicultural setting.
• Experience in conflict resolution and consensus-building is valuable.
