- Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Execute and support operational aspects of business booked (proposals, contracts, correspondence).
- Identify new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
- Understand overall market and competitors to sell effectively.
- Close the best opportunities based on market conditions and location needs.
- Provide excellent customer service consistent with company standards.
Requirements
- 2 year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years sales experience; OR 4 year bachelor's degree in related major with 1 year sales experience
- Experience in sales and marketing or related professional area

Job Summary

Candidate Profile
- 2 year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
- OR 4 year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
Core Work Activities
- Works collaboratively with off property sales channels to ensure coordinated sales efforts.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers.
- Develops relationships within community to strengthen customer base.
- Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management.
- Participates in sales calls to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Executes and supports operational aspects of business booked.
- Identifies new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
- Understands overall market and competitors.
- Closes the best opportunities for the location.
- Provides excellent customer service consistent with company standards.
