- Run the process line and equipment systematically and effectively
- Achieve production targets by increasing line efficiency and minimizing process waste

- Stop production process in consultation with Laboratory Technician if out of specification

Job Purpose
- The basic job of process operator is to run the Process line and equipment systematically and effectively.
- Achieving production targets by increasing line efficiency and minimizing process waste.
- Gather hourly data of process control checks, conduct quality wall meetings, maintain hygiene and housekeeping.
- Alert on food safety hazards and highlight issues to Direct Managers.
- Summarize daily material usage and calculate basic material, seasoning efficiency, and oil efficiency in daily summary reports.
- Monitor and minimize energy usage such as Water, Electricity and gas usage.
- Manage process workers working on assigned stations and maintain good manufacturing practice at all times within area.
- To operate, control and maintain processing equipment to convert raw materials into final product in accordance with KPIs.
Principal Accountabilities
- Make decisions based on best possible utilisation to achieve maximum output in terms of yield conversion.
- Must be able to repair and maintain necessary processing equipment to maintain line efficiency.
- Has authority to stop production process in consultation with Laboratory Technician if production is out of specification.
- Running the line systematically and efficiently perform and report hourly process control check.
- Conduct quality wall meeting at required intervals.
- Make sure raw materials are available for production run near the line.
- Make sure equipment are hygienically maintained.
- Make sure equipment of desired work stations are in good working condition.
- Make sure line achieves required efficiency set by business.
- Should achieve material efficiency target set by business.
- Day to day issues need to be highlighted to Direct Managers.
- Collect and report material wastages and summarize material usage daily and calculate material efficiency.
