About the Role

Responsibilities
- Run the process line and equipment systematically and effectively to achieve production targets
- Gather hourly data of process control checks and conduct quality wall meetings
- Maintain hygiene and housekeeping, and alert on food safety hazards
- Summarize daily material usage and calculate material, seasoning, and oil efficiency
- Monitor and minimize energy usage such as water, electricity, and gas
- Manage process workers on assigned stations and maintain good manufacturing practices
Requirements
- Should be at least industrial training institute graduate (ITI)
- Basic communication skills
- Should have a good working attitude
- Able to handle and operate the process equipment independently
- Must have a minimum of two years working experience in a manufacturing processing environment, waived in lieu of tertiary background

Responsibilities
- Make decisions based on best possible utilisation to achieve maximum output in terms of yield conversion.
- Must be able to repair and maintain necessary processing equipment to maintain line efficiency.
- Has authority to stop production process in consultation with Laboratory Technician if out of specification.
- Running the line systematically and efficiently
- Perform and report the hourly process control check
- Conduct quality wall meeting at required intervals
- Make sure raw materials are available for production run
- Make sure equipment are hygienically maintained and in good working condition
- Ensure line achieves required efficiency set by business
- Achieve material efficiency target set by business
- Collect and report material wastages and summarize material usage daily
- Inform Engineering for equipment maintenance or repair through MP2
Qualifications
- Should be at least industrial training institute graduate (ITI)
- Basic communication skills
- Should have a good working attitude
- Able to handle and operate the process equipment independently
- Must have a minimum of two years working experience in a manufacturing processing environment, waived in lieu of tertiary background
