- Ensure accurate measurement, data collection, and reporting for billing and performance analysis
- Monitor metering performance, identify anomalies, coordinate troubleshooting, and implement corrective actions
- Review metering data, ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, prepare technical documentation
- Support audits and customer queries related to metering
- Continuously improve metering processes, coordinate with engineering and project teams
- Mentor technicians to ensure safe and reliable metering operations
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in metering systems for cooling and electricity, including installation, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Experience with energy measurement, data analysis, and reporting for billing, efficiency, and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of relevant electrical and mechanical standards, regulations, and best practices in the energy sector
- Proficiency with metering software, data acquisition systems, and basic IT tools (e.g., Excel, SQL or similar)
- Effective project coordination skills, including planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to lead and mentor technical staff, promote safety, and enforce quality procedures on site
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field
- Previous experience in district cooling, utilities, or power generation environments, preferably in the Gulf region
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and records
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial
