About the Role
envent energy is seeking an Energy Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. You will analyze energy usage, conduct audits, design energy savings projects, and support retrofitting initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Analyze energy usage patterns, identify efficiency opportunities, and support the design of energy savings projects across commercial and industrial facilities
- Conduct energy audits, perform technical and economic assessments, and assist in the engineering design of retrofits and conservation measures
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement energy management strategies, monitor performance, and prepare technical reports and documentation
- Contribute to project planning, support client presentations, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and local regulations
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Energy Engineering and Energy Management
- Mechanical Engineering knowledge to support system design, equipment selection, and evaluation of HVAC, mechanical, and power generation systems
- Analytical skills to interpret energy data, perform calculations, and develop data driven recommendations
- Understanding of core Energy concepts, including conservation, retrofitting, and sustainable power generation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, or related field) or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical findings clearly

- Understanding of core Energy concepts, including conservation, retrofitting, and sustainable power generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with energy audit tools, simulation software, or building management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regional energy regulations and standards in the UAE or willingness to learn quickly.
