Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Professional – Merchants (Deals & Partnerships)to drive growth across a digital platform focused on merchant partnerships, subscription-based offerings, and customer engagement.

This role requires a commercially strong individual with experience in loyalty, rewards, or marketplace ecosystems, who can build a high-quality partner network, drive revenue, and contribute to scaling a

fast-growing platform.

1. **Merchant Acquisition & Partnerships

  • Identify, approach, and onboard high-value merchants and partners across key lifestyle categories
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
  • Negotiate compelling offers that drive customer value and platform engagement

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue growth through partnerships and subscription models
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and partnership structures

3. Pipeline Management

  • Build and manage a strong sales and partnership pipeline
  • Track performance, conversion rates, and key sales metrics
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of partners

4. Market & Competitive Insight

  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings within the loyalty, deals, and subscription space
  • Provide insights to improve commercial positioning and offer strategy

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to support partner success and campaign execution
  • Ensure partners are effectively activated and visible across the platform

Candidate Profile Experience

  • 8+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development roles
  • Background in
  • loyalty programs, deals platforms, marketplaces, or subscription-based businesses
  • Strong understanding of the Qatar / GCC market Skills & Competencies
  • Proven sales performance and negotiation capability
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Target-driven with high ownership and accountability
  • Strong pipeline management and organizational skills

Preferred Background

  • Experience in digital platforms, apps, or e-commerce environments
  • Exposure to merchant partnerships and B2B sales models

Success Metrics (Kpis)

  • Growth in active merchant partnerships
  • Revenue generated through partnerships and subscriptions
  • Conversion rate from pipeline to signed partners
  • Partner activation and retention rates
