- Assortment planning skills to build balanced product mixes that reflect market trends and customer preferences.
- Relevant experience in retail or merchandising management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret sales data and make data informed merchandising decisions.
- Proficiency with merchandising or retail management software and basic MS Excel or similar tools.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Dubai, manage part time hours effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

Role Description
- This part time Merchandising Manager role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, combining on site work with some work from home flexibility.
