Requirements
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead site staff, subcontractors, and vendors effectively
- Solid Budgeting skills to manage project costs, track expenditures, and support financial planning
- Expertise in Construction and Construction Safety to oversee work quality and maintain safe site operations
- Project Control skills to monitor schedules, progress, and risks, and to implement corrective actions when needed
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, ideally within Dubai or the wider UAE
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes, plus proficiency with construction management software
