Role Description
- The Guest Relations Manager is a part time, on site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival through departure.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with front of house and support teams, resolves concerns promptly, and maintains accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
- Supervises guest services, monitors satisfaction levels, implements service standards, and supports training efforts for staff to enhance service quality.
- Prepares brief reports on guest trends and recommends improvements to processes and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests and team members.
- Experience driving Customer Satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and consistent follow up.
- Background in Training team members on service standards, guest handling procedures, and best practices.
- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or front of house operations, preferably in Dubai or similar markets.
- Ability to work on site in a fast paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
