About the Role
PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser Team Leader in Mecca to oversee merchandising operations in assigned outlets. The role involves managing a team of merchandisers, ensuring product displays meet planograms, and monitoring sales performance.

Responsibilities
- Monitor calls on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan
- Merchandize SSFL products within OT stores in various access points
- Manage placement of POS material next to SSFL displays
- Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms
- Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub standard products
- Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf
- Monitor and report competitive activities
- Report any deviations from agreed terms with assigned OT customer/outlet
- Participate in sampling/redemption campaigns when required
- Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior

Responsibilities
- Monitors Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
- Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
- Mange Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.
- Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
- Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub standard products.
- Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
- Monitor and report competitive activities.
- Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.
- Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
Qualifications
