Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to drive future growth of department by achieving and exceeding targets
- Identify trends relevant to Groupe Dynamite’s customer
- Participate in the product cycle calendar to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage purchase orders and follow ups on product status with internal clients
- Analyze key competitors and identify trends to suggest actions to grow the business
- Elevate and communicate business related issues to Product Managers in a timely manner
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the brand
- Participate in meetings by identifying missed opportunities and making suggestions
- Participate in training and development of merchandise assistants and/or interns
Requirements
- DEC or Bachelor Degree in Fashion Marketing, Business Admin, Finance or related field
- 1 to 2 years in a similar role
- Strong systems knowledge: Word, Excel, Retail 1
- Strong fashion sense/brand vision
- Bilingualism (English and French)

Job Summary
- Reporting to Product Manager, the Merchandise Assistant will assist in delivering the elements of the brand through the seasons.
- Support merchandising functions while showing interest in the product and enabling profitable and sustainable growth.
