About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day MEP site activities
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Ensure proper installation, testing & commissioning of MEP systems
- Review shop drawings and monitor material usage
- Implement safety rules and ensure quality compliance
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Solve site related issues and provide technical support
- Ensure work completion as per schedule
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP site supervision
- Strong knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
- Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams
- Familiar with UAE building codes, construction standards & safety regulations
- Ability to interpret drawings and supervise technical execution
- Good communication and leadership skills
- UAE Driving License (advantage)

Job Overview
