Job Summary
- Role Objective: To assist with the execution of the work within allotted time, productivity, quality and safety standards and in accordance with specifications and drawings.
- To ensure conveyance of information on drawings to the site supervisory staff with sufficient clarity to ensure understanding.
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, workforce, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor construction progress and maintain quality standards across all phases of the project.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and construction challenges in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site.
- Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, technical documentation, and site records.
