- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS)
- Review and ensure compliance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures
- Verify adherence to project specifications, contract requirements, and international standards
- Participate in quality audits and assessments
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions arising from audits and NCRs
- Conduct inspections of mechanical installations including HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing
- Verify material receiving inspections and material traceability
- Witness pressure testing, hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, flushing, cleaning, and commissioning activities
- Ensure calibration status of measuring and testing equipment
- Monitor welding, fabrication, fit up, alignment, and mechanical completion activities
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and pipeline construction practices
- Experience with inspection of mechanical installations including HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing
- Knowledge of international standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, ISO
- Ability to conduct quality audits and assessments

Overview
- The QA/QC Specialist Mechanical is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical works, materials, equipment, and installations comply with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- The role involves inspection, testing, documentation review, quality surveillance, and coordination with construction, engineering, and client representatives.
