Responsibilities
- Assist in all HR issues related to employees in compliance with local labour laws
- Help manage employee database and ensure accuracy and update of data
- Support in maintaining personnel files and records
- Assist in labour payroll and transactions such as leaves, advances, deductions, etc.
- Display strong knowledge in the use of HRIS modules
- Support in maintaining violation records for labours
- Work closely with MIS department to help ensure system improvement
- Maintain good knowledge of legal requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth Human Capital process
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of HR is an advantage
- Registered in the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF)
- Not employed during the last 6 months
- Not previously participated in the Tamheer program

Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate and driven Human Capital Trainee under Tamheer Program to join our Human Capital team.
- This role is tailored for fresh graduates looking to gain hands on experience in human capital processes.
- The selected trainee will support end to end activities while learning from experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all HR issues related to employees in compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Help manage employee database and ensures the accuracy and update of data.
- Support in maintaining personnel files and records.
- Assists in the labour payroll and transactions such as leaves, advances, deductions, allowances, separations, permanent transfers, etc.
- Displays strong knowledge in the use of HRIS modules.
- Support in maintaining violation records for labours.
- Works closely with the MIS department to help ensure system improvement.
- Maintains good knowledge of legal requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient Human Capital process.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HR is an advantage.
Tamheer Program Eligibility Criteria
- Registered in the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
- Not employed during the last 6 months.
- Not previously participated in the Tamheer program.
