Ambitek is expanding its MEP subcontracting operations across multiple residential projects in the UAE.
We are looking for a hands-on MEP Site Engineer who can take control of site execution and drive output across several live projects.
This is a delivery-focused role.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing on-site MEP works across multiple villa and residential projects, ensuring productivity, quality, and timelines are consistently met.
You will work directly with foremen, chargehands, and labour teams, while coordinating with main contractors and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day MEP site operations across multiple projects
- Supervise works across HVAC, Ducting, Plumbing, and Electrical
- Drive productivity and output from site teams
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Plan and monitor material, manpower, and tools requirements
- Coordinate with main contractor, consultant, and client teams
- Track progress, inspections, and approvals for invoicing
- Identify delays and take immediate corrective action
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all sites
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4–7 years of UAE MEP site experience
- Experience working within subcontracting or fast-paced site environments
- Strong understanding of villa and residential MEP works
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Ability to control labour teams and site productivity
- Strong knowledge of drawings, coordination, and execution sequencing
