- Lead the establishment and growth of a new joinery manufacturing operation
- Develop operational strategy, business plans, and long term growth objectives
- Oversee facility planning, setup, commissioning, and operational readiness
- Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, and vendor performance
- Lead machinery selection, equipment procurement, and production line implementation
- Establish efficient production workflows, quality standards, and operating procedures

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Joinery to establish, lead and scale a world class joinery manufacturing division.
