Overview
We are looking for a
Mep Planning Engineer
to take full ownership of planning, forecasting, and progress tracking across multiple active projects (villas and high-rise).
This is not a typical site engineering role.
You will be responsible for ensuring manpower on site converts into
measurable output and predictable monthly revenue
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop
- weekly and monthly work plans
- across all MEP projects
- Convert scope into
- quantities, progress, and revenue forecasts
- Track
- planned vs actual progress
- across sites
- Identify delays, constraints, and productivity gaps early
- Coordinate with foremen, engineers, and management to align execution with targets
- Prepare
- weekly reports
- covering manpower, output, and forecasted invoicing
- Support management in achieving
- monthly revenue targets (250K–450K+)
Requirements
- 5–10 years experience in MEP planning or project controls
- Experience across
- multiple concurrent projects
- (villas, high-rise, or mixed-use)
- Strong understanding of
- HVAC, plumbing, and electrical scopes
- Experience with: Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Progress tracking and reporting
- Resource and manpower planning
- Background working with
- subcontractors
- in the GCC
- Ability to link
- manpower → output → invoicing
