MEP QA/QC Engineer

Role Overview

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a QA/QC engineer or inspector on construction projects involving MEP works.
• Experience with QA/QC procedures, tasks, and required logs.
• Knowledge of correct MEP installation procedures and the ability to check completed installations against approved method statements.
• Experience on large-scale projects such as multistory buildings or full villa communities from the starting stage through completion.
• Experience with full QA/QC procedures, project handover, and closeout documents.
• Experience preparing method statements, ITPs, and other project quality documents.
• Ability to attend consultant meetings and site walks for discussion and inspection of MEP installations.

Project Location

• Work will be performed on a Dubai project.
• The role includes construction site walks and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage QA/QC procedures for MEP construction works.
• Prepare and update required quality logs and project records.
• Inspect completed MEP installations and verify compliance with approved method statements.
