Role Overview
Electrical project engineer or site engineer vacancy for construction projects at an MEP contracting company.
The role focuses on electrical construction work, including LV and ELV installations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
- At least three years of experience in electrical construction projects is required.
- Experience with LV and ELV installations is required.
- Experience reading electrical shop drawings and implementing installation details is required.
- Experience extracting material quantities from shop drawings is required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project activities and assign work targets to laborers.
- Monitor daily productivity on the project.
- Discuss technical details with consultants and clients during site meetings and work inspections.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of local authority standards for electrical installations is required.
- Knowledge of relevant international electrical installation standards is required.
- A strong professional presence and ability to communicate technical details are required.
