Project Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution, site supervision, and commissioning of MEP and ELV building systems.
Schedule Management
- Develop detailed MEP project schedules, resource plans, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
Financial Control
- Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets, review BOQs, and manage variations.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, main contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
Design Review
- Interpret and validate technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and complex submissions using AutoCAD.
Quality and Safety
- Conduct site inspections to ensure installations meet local construction codes, safety requirements, and QAQC standards.
Resource Optimization
- Manage manpower allocation and material procurement to optimize site productivity.
