Site Supervision and Coordination
- Oversee HVAC ducting, piping, fire protection, and plumbing installations against approved shop drawings.
- Monitor subcontractor progress, quality of work, and manpower distribution.
- Review mechanical shop drawings and resolve clashes with mechanical, electrical, and civil structures.
- Coordinate manpower and material requirements with subcontractors and procurement teams.
Role Requirements
- Ability to supervise mechanical installations and coordinate site activities.
- Ability to review shop drawings and resolve coordination clashes.
- Knowledge of mechanical testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Ability to maintain accurate site records and enforce HSE standards.
Documentation and Compliance
- Assist with compliance with local authority, municipality, and civil defense standards.
- Raise and close technical data sheets, drawing submittals, WIRs, MIRs, test reports, as-built drawings, and commissioning reports.
- Maintain site diaries and prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the MEP Project Manager.
Testing and Handover
- Witness and execute pressure testing, balancing, and commissioning of mechanical systems before client handover.
- Enforce company health, safety, and environment standards across designated site zones.
