Role Overview
MEP estimation role focused on electrical and plumbing systems, tender analysis, and project cost preparation.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, electrical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed material take-offs and cost estimates for lighting, power, ELV, and LV panels.
- Obtain, analyze, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender proposals.
- Coordinate with design and procurement teams for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with value engineering and cost optimization.
- Maintain current material price, vendor, and subcontractor records.
- Support pre-bid and post-bid clarification meetings.
Required Expertise
- Expertise in electrical and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of lighting, power, ELV, and LV panel systems.
