Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across residential and commercial buildings
- Diagnose and resolve faults in MEP systems
- Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure timely repairs for equipment and building services
- Inspect and test systems to ensure reliability and safety
- Maintain maintenance records and support facility operations
- Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and optimization of energy and resource usage
Requirements
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP engineering, or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience in building services, facilities management, or technical contracting within residential and commercial environments
- Knowledge of UAE standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes related to MEP and building maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation
- Strong problem solving, time management, and communication skills

- Candidates should possess practical Electrical Maintenance skills for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical installations and related safety systems.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in building services, facilities management, or technical contracting within residential and commercial environments.
- Knowledge of UAE standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes related to MEP and building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong problem solving, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on site and within multidisciplinary teams.
