- Strong Communication skills for coordination with teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Proven leadership ability, with experience managing construction crews effectively
- In depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory construction role, preferably within the UAE
