About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of MEP systems for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local codes, standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress of MEP works and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Inspect and test MEP installations at various stages to verify functionality, quality, and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve MEP related issues, clashes, or defects during construction.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of MEP inspections, testing results, approvals, and non conformance reports.
- Ensure all MEP activities are executed safely by implementing safety procedures and conducting safety inspections.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project and construction teams on MEP matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years of work experience
- Experience working on landscaping projects in the UAE is preferred
