Job Overview
Lead and manage the estimation and engineering team to deliver accurate and competitive cost estimates for MEP projects.
Oversee bids, proposals, and tender documents in alignment with company objectives, project specifications, and market conditions.
Work with senior management and project teams to support financial performance and project delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the estimation and engineering team in preparing cost estimates, tenders, and bid proposals for MEP projects.
- Review project requirements, specifications, and design documents for accurate cost estimation.
- Maintain current cost databases for materials, labor, and subcontractors.
- Assess risks and develop cost-effective value engineering and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with procurement, project management, and engineering teams to gather cost data.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and industry standards.
- Oversee technical and commercial bid submissions for compliance.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to estimation and engineering teams.
- Support senior management with project cost control and financial planning.
