Job Purpose
Plan, design, execute, and supervise MEP works for swimming pools, water features, filtration, circulation, disinfection, and pool automation systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review pool MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs and coordinate consultant approvals.
- Install, test, and commission circulation, filtration, water-treatment, piping, electrical, heating, and automation systems.
- Coordinate civil, structural, finishing, and landscape interface works.
- Prepare method statements, ITPs, testing and commissioning reports, and as-built documentation.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, site labor, HSE compliance, troubleshooting, handover, and O&M training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.
- Additional swimming pool engineering or water-treatment certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Three to eight years of hands-on MEP experience focused on swimming pool or water-feature projects.
