Manage and coordinate MEP works across building construction projects.
Ensure MEP works are coordinated, executed, and completed according to project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise MEP works for building construction projects.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure completion according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Review RFIs, method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.
- Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Support BOQ review, material planning, variations, and cost control.
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in MEP engineering within building construction.
- Strong experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use buildings.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting building MEP systems.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
