Trainee role for a fresher MEP BIM Modeler supporting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire-fighting model development.
The role involves BIM modeling, coordination, documentation, clash detection, and model maintenance under guidance from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update Revit MEP models for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems under guidance.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models and assist with clash detection using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
- Prepare basic layouts, shop drawings, schedules, and model documentation from project design inputs.
- Follow BIM Execution Standards, modeling guidelines, LOD requirements, and project-specific standards.
- Coordinate with BIM Modelers, Design Engineers, and Project Managers and complete assigned tasks within timelines.
- Maintain model accuracy, drawing revisions, file organization, and submission records.
