Purpose of the Role

  • Drive membership growth and retention by building strong relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading sales strategies across clubs.
  • Responsible for managing consultants, indoor sales, and outdoor activations to expand the member base and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead membership growth, yield management, and sales revenue strategies
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales teams; ensure clubs are fully staffed
  • Conduct sales training, certifications, and identify future leaders
  • Motivate teams, monitor performance, and recognize top achievers
  • Implement customer service standards, resolve issues, and drive improvements
  • Build rapport with members and prospects; expand customer base
  • Collaborate with Marketing on club strategies and promotions
  • Deliver competitive analysis and regular reports to senior management
