- Operate and control the steel melting process in the Induction Furnace to achieve production and quality targets
- Monitor furnace parameters, temperature, power consumption, and raw material charging
- Coordinate with furnace operators, crane operators, and production supervisors for smooth melting, tapping, and refining activities
- Ensure compliance with metallurgical specifications by monitoring chemical composition, temperature, and process parameters
- Follow safety procedures, maintain housekeeping standards, and promptly report any operational abnormalities or equipment issues
