Responsibilities
- Welcome passengers upon arrival at the helipad or terminal and provide a professional first point of contact
- Assist passengers with check in procedures and verify booking details
- Coordinate passenger flow to ensure timely boarding and disembarkation
- Provide passengers with safety brief information and general service guidance when required
- Liaise with flight operations, ground staff, and security to ensure smooth operations
- Assist passengers with baggage handling within permitted limits
- Provide support to VIP guests and ensure a high level of customer service
- Communicate any schedule changes or operational updates to passengers
- Ensure passenger areas are organized, presentable, and compliant with safety standards
- Support operational teams in maintaining an efficient and seamless shuttle service experience
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, aviation, or related field (preferred)
- 0 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation ground handling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced operational environment
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic

Qualifications
