- Welcome passengers upon arrival at the helipad or terminal and provide a professional first point of contact.
- Assist passengers with check in procedures and verify booking details.
- Coordinate passenger flow to ensure timely boarding and disembarkation.
- Provide passengers with safety brief information and general service guidance when required.
- Liaise with flight operations, ground staff, and security to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist passengers with baggage handling within permitted limits.
- Provide support to VIP guests and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Communicate any schedule changes or operational updates to passengers.
- Ensure passenger areas are organized, presentable, and compliant with safety standards.
- Support operational teams in maintaining an efficient and seamless shuttle service experience.
