Job Description
The Medical Representative links Hikma Pharmaceuticals with healthcare professionals.
The role promotes a defined set of pharmaceutical and medical products through sales, marketing, and field activities.
The position operates under the guidance of a supervisor or manager to meet sales and marketing targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals and key accounts.
- Review sales targets, activity records, performance, and achieved goals.
- Build customer relationships and organize appointments and events with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital teams.
- Increase product awareness through continuous learning and information sharing.
- Gather healthcare customer information and prospect new accounts.
- Ensure product availability, territory coverage, reporting, feedback, and competitor monitoring.
- Review product performance and identify market opportunities.
- Prepare planning, feedback, documentation, and sales reports.
- Maintain compliant behavior under company rules and regulations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy.
- 0–2 years of related experience.
