Job Description
The Medical Representative links the company with healthcare professionals and increases awareness and use of pharmaceutical and medical products.
The role promotes a defined product set through sales, marketing, and field activities under the guidance of a supervisor or manager.
Role Responsibilities
- Review sales targets, activity records, performance, and achieved goals.
- Build relationships and organize appointments and events with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
- Promote products and inform healthcare professionals to support prescribing, dispensing, and use.
- Increase product awareness through continuous learning and information sharing.
- Maintain customer information and prospect new doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other customers.
- Ensure product availability, territory coverage, reporting, feedback, and competitor monitoring.
- Review market product performance and anticipate new market opportunities.
- Prepare plans, feedback, sales documentation, and reports for the supervisor or manager.
- Follow company rules and regulations in a timely and compliant manner.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- 0–2 years of related experience.
